Keneish Dance is a fresh and innovative Contemporary company that combines extensive educational and performance projects. Formed in 2009 under the artistic eye of Keisha Grant, the company has developed a powerful approach to dance using Contemporary and African Contemporary Dance forms. Using the body as a vehicle for self expression, Keneish Dance strives to produce strong, distinct movement translating everyday life experiences. Creating work both independently and with other artists and art forms, the company aims to deliver a powerful visual imapct to the viewer.

The company prides itself in delivering honest and up to date knowledge of dance through constant research and exploration. Our Education programme involves a broad range of styles of Dance from an African diaspora including African, Street, Jazz, Tap, latin and Capoeira.
